Three key development processes affecting the future of the world and, in particular, children are: 1) poverty alleviation; 2) Education for All; and 3) the elimination of child labor. These are becoming more prominent in the United Nations Millennium Development Goals, the Dakar Education for All goals, and countries' Poverty Reduction Strategy Papers (PRSPs).
